When in season, we offer green plum sauce, which has less natural sugars and is more sour but at the same time very low in calories and high in its health benefits. The main ingredient in all our Tkemali sauces is a wild plum puree. Other ingredients are coriander, garlic, umbalo herb, peppers, salt and sometimes a pinch of sugar.
